WXXI-TV is a Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) member television station licensed to Rochester, New York, United States. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 16 (or virtual channel 21 via PSIP) from a transmitter on Pinnacle Hill on the border between Rochester and Brighton. Owned by the WXXI Public Broadcasting Council, it is a sister station to National Public Radio (NPR) members WXXI (AM 1370) and WXXI-FM (91.5). The three outlets share studios on State Street near downtown Rochester.
