WHVL-LP is a low-powered MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station licensed to State College, Pennsylvania, United States. Owned by Channel Communications, it broadcasts an analog signal on UHF channel 29 and a high definition digital signal (as WHVL-LD) on UHF channel 27 (or virtual channel 29 via PSIP) from a transmitter atop Rattlesnake Mountain in Rush Township. The station is available on cable throughout the Johnstown–Altoona–State College market.
