The station is owned by Mission Broadcasting; Nexstar Media Group, which owns CBS affiliate KTAB-TV(channel 32), operates KRBC under joint sales and shared services agreements. The two stations share studios on South 14th Street in western Abilene, and transmitter facilities on Texas State Highway 36 in neighboring Callahan County.
